Within the United Kingdom the delivery charge is £4.40 per order, free for orders over £100
For UK guaranteed next day delivery the charge is £7.45
For overseas delivery, the charge will be from £9.95

Our Royal Mail deliveries are dispatched First Class (the same day if order is received early enough) and should be with you next working day, however sometimes they may take longer.
Please be aware that weekends are not categorized as working days. Also please be aware that once the items are dispatched, it is no longer in our hands as to when the package will be delivered. Please
bear this in mind when ordering from our website.
For larger items we use UPS or Parcelforce's courier services. All of our items come with a tracking number: this number can be entered onto the Royal Mail Tracking Site for updates to your item and where it currently is.
If your order is urgent, please mark this on the comments box when you place your order. We will always contact you if we think that anything may delay your delivery. If we receive your order by 2pm we will do our best to dispatch your items the same day. If we are waiting for stock this may not be possible, We'll let you know immediately about the availability of your item and provide you with our best estimate of when you can expect to receive it. This information will also be posted into your account area of the website. Please note that weekends are not classed as 'working days'. We will always strive t provide you with the best and quickest delivery available.
If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, the parcel will be left at the Post Office for your collection. The Postal delivery person is obliged to leave a card through the door to let you know that this has happened.
Please remember that if the parcel is not collected from the Post Office by a certain date it is returned to us. This date will be shown on the card that the delivery person leaves for you. We do not refund the delivery charge, and we will apply our normal delivery charge for re-sending the item back to you.
You will also receive an email to tell you when the parcel has been dispatched.
You will receive an email from us a few minutes after you place your order confirming your transaction. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately. It may mean there is an error in the email you gave us or the processing of your order.
It's worth checking your spam filters or junk mail box just in case it has been saved to either of these places.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We provide a secure and fully insured delivery service to most International destinations.
For all our orders overseas we charge a minimum of £9.95. An extra charge may be added dependent on the weight of the package, but we endeavor to keep any extra charge to a minimum.
We aim to dispatch items placed before 2pm (GMT England time) the same day. If your order is urgent please mark this in the comments box.
We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days although we advise 14 days due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you think a parcel is taking too long please contact us and we can give you the certified tracking number.
We're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase(s) when they arrive, but we understand that sometimes you may find that the item is no longer required or appropriate. We're happy to refund your purchase within 14 days subject to our terms and conditions.

- Email or call us to let us know you want to return or exchange the item.
- Repackage the item very carefully and very securely.
- Enclose your sales invoice with the package with a note stating your request for refund or details on the exchange

Use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid. And this is what you need to know:
- The original receipt must be enclosed with the package.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags remain attached along with all of the original packaging.
- In cases where we receive returned items that are: soiled, odourous, damaged or appear to have been washed, cleaned or repaired, then no refund shall be issued.
- We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods that are returned to us in original condition within 14 days and we encourage you to do this. Items returned after 14 days may, at our discretion be issued with a credit voucher to be used on our website.
- Goods returned after 28 days will not be accepted.
Jellyrolls reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jellyrolls cannot take any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit.
To make sure the items reach us safely, we recommend you use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service, with appropriate compensation for loss or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item. Under no circumstances shall Jellyrolls bear the cost of any expenses incurred by customers in the process of making a return.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
Within 14 days of receiving your returned item and once we have verified that it is in its original condition, a member of our customer services team will send you an email to confirm that your credit/debit card is being refunded.
The details of this confirmation email will also be posted to your account.
Please note that it can up to a further 5 days for the refund amount to appear as cleared funds in your account, this depends on your bank or credit card company and their internal processes. All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or bank account of the original transaction.
